Detailed Protocol Breakdown on the Steps:

1. Profile/Conference

2. Letter of Intent (LOI template will be provided to the buyer)

3. Final contract issued, returned and lodged

4. Buyer issues MT199 swift RWA to Seller to initiate Banking Communication.

    Seller responds with Bank readiness.

    *(this is an optional procedure and can be omitted) : Banking Procedure 8.1 & 8.2

5. Buyer issues MT799 swift POF and Seller responds back with MT799 swift

    showing readiness to receive BG : Banking Procedure 8.3 & 8.4

(Also, Under the Basel regulation compliance, after MT799 swift, Seller will authorize the release of 2 current proof of past performance documents & allocation number of crude stock in a bank to bank)

6. BG/SBLC placement via MT760 under MT758 verbiage of 1.5 months’ Full Platts value for 14 months duration  *(BG from Top 50 Bank or SBLC from Top 15 Bank)

7. 2% Performance bond issued and POP documents produced with further confirmation of fuel in production by refinery letter after MT760 is confirmed                   

8. Delivery according to contract schedule CIF ASWP
